Who may find it useful?

People who want a compact stepping machine for short indoor cardio sessions and can use it on a stable surface.

Who may want a different option?

People who need a seated or very low-impact option, or who have balance concerns that make stepping unsafe without support.

Equipment is optional. If a bodyweight movement or a no-purchase alternative meets the same goal, there is no need to buy a product just because it appears on a bestseller list.
